Our first whisky collaboration with Vaughan’s Lake Wilcox Brewing Co. The brewers mashed their delicious stout beer, which we fermented, double-distilled, then aged for 3 years in a #3 char re-charred ex-wine cask. As with all of our whiskies, we’ve added nothing but water – no caramel colour, no artificial flavours – just straight whisky.  Non-chill filtered. It’s everything you would expect from the distilled essence of stout.  It noses like a dessert, and the palate carries flavours of chocolate, banana and smoke.
